rr signWe are a non-profit organization made of volunteers, merchants and individuals working to revitalize low to moderate income neighborhoods in North Platte, Nebraska. We are passionate about our community and its rich history.

North Platte's railroad history spans nearly 150 years. While we are very proud of our past, we are committed to future growth by remaining focused on our community, families and youth.
 
   
For the last 140 years, the Union Pacific Railroad employees in North Platte have contributed to the building of our city and our community.  
The next time you see someone waving to the crew of a passing train remember that they are saluting the successors to an honorable
tradition of service to our community, our nation and our economy.
